I received my PhD in philosophy from the University of Southern California in 1980. I have been teaching in the Riverside Community College District since 1992 and have been based at Norco since 1995. My main areas of research are philosophy of science, with an emphasis on the social sciences, and feminist epistemology. Most recently I have been working on the epistemology of case study methodologies.
