MODEL UNITED NATIONS
Riverside Community College
The Third Annual Inland Empire Conference - Model United Nations (IECMUN) convened on February 2, 2007, at Riverside Community College, Riverside Campus. This is the third time RCC will be proudly hosting the conference.
Due to the high-volume of positive feedback from delegates involved in the simulation as well as MUN advisors, Professor Schinke has decided to host the Third IECMUN conference this Spring. With the assistance of his own delegates as well as participating universities and colleges, Professor Schinke intends to share the responsibility of preparations towards the conference as well as allowing willing schools to host the conference at their own facilites in future years. It is designed to be a community event and an open forum for good relations and educational experiences for both students and advisors. Lastly, this particular conference is notably inexpensive and is intended to be convenient for participating universities and colleges.
The intent behind hosting a local one day conference is to offer our delegates as well as participating universities and colleges with a chance to apply all of their hardwork and preparation. After further discussion with the Officers, Professor Schinke realized the priceless opportunity to offer a forum for delegates to evaluate their performance to better prepare for upcoming conferences.
Please contact Professor Schinke or Head Delegate Brianna Barrett and Delegate Jennifer Villagomez for further information regarding IECMUN:
