In September 2010, Norco College will be unveiling its brand new Student Success Center. The modern steel and glass design of the building will set it apart from the surrounding campus structures serving to draw students in to what will become a destination gathering place in the Norco Campus.

Located adjacent to the college Library and the Amphitheater, the Student Success Center will become the center of activity at Norco College. The building will feature exterior seating adjacent to the new cafeteria that is shielded from the wind by natural and man-made wind barriers.

As students cross the threshold from the western end of the building, they will encounter a modern dining facility that is over five times the size of the existing Corral offering a rotating menu of delectable cuisine including fresh pizza, Southwestern, Italian, Mexican, salads, and more, from four different foodcourt style stations. Overlooking the ground floor through a glass and sconced atrium, will be store-front offices including an expanded Career/Transfer center, Disabled Student Services, EOPS, and the Norco Voice student newspaper.  A balcony loft will provide additional student gathering space as well as a viewing area for the four-paneled plasma screen that will feature educational, sports, and entertainment programming.

Other features of the building will include a state-of-the-art Faculty Innovation Center, conference facilities, and a formal digitally-equipped seminar room that will seat 120 guests for Board of Trustees meetings, workshops and other gatherings.

Once completed, the Student Success Center will become the signature structure of the newly-christened Norco College bringing a new sense of Mustang Pride to the campus community.
